Files and images can be renamed by clicking the pencil icon. This is especially useful if you frequently use clippings and all your images are named “image.png”.
Also, OrgPage searches (CTRL+F) now include the attachment name. Try searching for the word “discord”.
That's why we've provided a clearer explanation. You can read an English translation.
Follow our blog so you don't miss any updates and discover what you can create with OrgPad!
If you upload the same file (image) to OrgPad more than once, we will detect it and save it only once. This ensures the file only takes up space once in your storage.
This change has saved about 10% of OrgPad's storage space.
We’ve added the ability to upload a new version of a file. You can choose to apply the change to the current document only or to other documents you have access to.
We only use cookies that are necessary for our application to work properly (called technical cookies). This means we won’t bother you with a cookie bar on your first visit from a new device.
Technical cookies help the site recognize you as a user and ensure it works properly. They remember your settings and activities, so you don’t have to reset everything.
Cookies are small data records that a website stores in your browser. When you return to the page, cookies are automatically sent back to the server.
We support video in MP4 and WebM formats (with limited support in Safari). For audio, we support the following formats:
Tip: The MP4, WAV, M4A and MP3 formats work best across browsers.
Thanks to your feedback, since the beginning of the year we have:
Thank you for helping us improve the tool 💙🧡.
We added this feature based on feedback from Associate Professor Jiří Kofránek. He uses OrgPad to teach medical students at the 1st Faculty of Medicine, Charles University in Prague. See how he applies this feature to create teaching materials.
You can add an audio track to each step of a presentation. Use a file already uploaded to OrgPage or upload a new one from your computer.
When the presentation plays automatically, each step will match the length of the audio track. This makes the presentation smooth and engaging.
Before, you only had to select the hidden part of the link under the cell.
When you select cells, move the cursor to the position around which you want to rotate. Holding the ALT (Option on the Mac), press the mouse button and drag left or right.
Markdown is a way to format text. For example:
# Top Level Heading
Text with **bold word** and *italic*.
1. A numbered list
2. with several
2. entries.
OrgPad now detects Markdown when it's inserted and formats the text automatically. If the text contains headings, OrgPad will split the content into multiple cells.
Use the copy button, then paste the text into OrgPad with the formatting intact. If the text has headings, OrgPad will split the content into many cells automatically.

This improvement is in response to feedback from teachers who use templates for assigning tasks in classrooms. When you create a template and thirty children copy it, thirty new documents appear in the OrgPage list. This increase quickly causes confusion, especially when using many templates.
To solve this problem, we are re-grouping the template and all its copies under one OrgPage. This page is marked with a number in the lower right corner.
When you click on this number, only the template and its copies are displayed. This feature works in a similar way to a folder, which improves the organization and clarity of documents.
If there is a problem, we'll notice it much earlier:
