To cancel your subscription, go to Settings under profile photo.
Once you cancel, you will still be able to use all paid features until the end of your billing cycle.
Rest assured, we will not delete your data. You can continue to access your data after the subscription ends.
If you choose to pay with Stripe, an invoice will be generated automatically for you. You can access it in Settings > Payments.
For wire transfer payments, we will create the invoice and send it to your email within a few days, using the email address you provided during sign-up.

When the payment fails, you will receive an email.
If you do not pay before the end of your subscription, you will be moved to the free plan.
The price for 5 GB is €2.50 or $3.00. We are open to making a special deal under unusual circumstances.
Normally, OrgPad subscriptions are non-refundable. However, if you live in the E.U. or Turkey, you can request a refund within 14 days of buying your subscription. Just contact us in the app or email support@orgpad.info and tell us where you live.
You can cancel your subscription anytime and continue using OrgPad until the end of your billing cycle.

You can pay in two ways. Either through the payment service Stripe or by wire transfer.
There is a free plan, where you can create up to 3 OrgPages and upload as much as 100 MB of photos, documents, recordings, videos, etc. This plan is for you to explore OrgPad and see whether it suits you.

We trust Stripe to take care of your payment. It is the same service that powers popular products such as Twitter, Pinterest, and Lyft.
The differences are described in depth on our pricing page. The free plan lets you test OrgPad for a while. You can create 3 documents and store up to 100 MB of data. The Standard plan works for most people.

Yes, it can. However, it has not been a standard requirement for any company or institution we have worked with. Therefore, creating a custom logo will require some extra development time, resulting in an additional cost.

Before ZdenÄ›k HedrlĂn passed away in early 2018, his student Pavel KlavĂk promised him to make OrgPad a reality. He has been working on OrgPad together with his wife Kamila KlavĂková since Christmas 2018.
OrgPad is a browser application. That means you just need an internet connection and computer or mobile.
Over forty years ago, the Czech mathematician, sociologist, philosopher and professor ZdenÄ›k HedrlĂn began his decades-long work on the workings of the human brain.
During many years of research, he realized that conventional methods of information exchange among humans were very inefficient. He saw the disadvantages of analog approaches and so he turned to the emerging technology – computers.
Over many years, he tested multiple approaches, including something like broader hypertext. However, the problem with hypertext was that the human brain works best with visual information by nature and hypertext was not visual. From this, the founding idea of OrgPad emerged.
If you have an enterprise or institutional license, you can choose to store your data on-premise for an extra cost. However, individual licenses do not have this option available.

We don't have a desktop app for OrgPad yet. Our team is small and we're focusing on improving the web version—just making it faster, fixing any bugs, and tweaking things here and there. Thanks for sticking with us!
You can easily install OrgPad from your browser. Just follow simple steps in “How to install a mobile app” cell. The app is not available from the app stores yet.
We support Safari, Firefox, and the whole family of Chromium based browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Opera, Brave, Vivaldi, …), both on desktop and mobile.

Teams are like folders, but better. They are private and only accessible to the people you invite. You can create a team for yourself and use it as a personal folder.
To see your teams, click the filter button (the left button next to the search field) and select a team. You will see only the documents that are shared with that team.
You can also use tags and portal OrgPages to sort your documents.
Yes, you can. Double tap or hold to create a new cell or edit existing cell. It opens an editor that resembles the one you are familiar with from your computer.
You can add words, pictures, animations, videos, documents, and other web pages and apps to your cells. Just click on the + sign in the bottom-right corner of the cell and pick what you want to add.
It is practically impossible to guess the URL. We use the same approaches as tech giants like Google. You can find more technical details in Security & Privacy FAQ.
Yes, you can use OrgPad on any device that has a browser.
OrgPad might look different on your phone or tablet than it does on your computer. But don’t worry, we are working hard to make it better for you.
First, go to the OrgPage where you want to create a presentation.
Presentations are found under the sandwich menu in the upper left corner.
Click on it → click on Presentations → click on Create a presentation
A new presentation will be created with one step that represents the current state of your OrgPage. Every presentation must have at least one step, so if you want to delete it, click on ADD A STEP in the bottom menu.Â
This menu is also where individual steps (slides) are created. On the next page, you will learn more about the options in it.
You have three options. You can:

Select a step and set it up to your liking. Then add a new one or select another existing step and repeat the process. New steps are always added after the currently selected step.

You can create stunning prints from OrgPad. Click Print to PDF in the side menu.
You can embed any site and application on the web that is written to be embeddable like OrgPad itself. We have created a small list of embeddable applications for you.
Embedding means you can show content from other websites or apps inside OrgPad. For example, you can add a map from Google Maps or a video from YouTube to your OrgPad document. This way, you can make your document more interactive and informative.
Some websites and apps have special codes that you need to copy and paste to embed their content. These codes look like this:

But in OrgPad, you don’t need to worry about these codes. Just drag and drop a link from the website or app into a cell in OrgPad and click on the embed button. You can also switch between showing the link or the embedded content with the same button.
Some examples of websites and apps that you can embed in OrgPad are Google Maps, YouTube, Spotify, Quizlet and many more.
