How to embed stuff into OrgPad

It's easy. Just copy the URL and place it here:

OrgPages

Go to the share dialog and select this. Aaand, copy the link. Now the code is in your clipboard.

Google docs

Click the share button in the upper right corner. Then you need to set the document to be visible for everyone who has the link if you want also other people to be able to see the document. If you allow editing, they will be also able to edit it right from the OrgPage.

Google maps

Go to the upper left menu and find share or embed map. Go to embed a map and then copy the HTML. Now the code is in your clipboard.

Google street view

Go to the upper left three dot menu. Select the embed a map and then click on the copy HTML. Now the code is in your clipboard.

websites

Just copy the URL of the website. 

BUT! Not every website will work. Some do not allow embedding.

When you think about websited, think about online interactive apps, it's cool! Such as the one you'll find on the next page

your videos

First, upload your video into the OrgPage. Then go to the files (the menu in the upper left corner) and click on the video. Then click "copy the link". Then click "copy link". 

Copy the code of the thing you want to embed

Spotify

Spotify will work normally only when you'll sign in.  To embed whole album, do this:

1. Take URL of the thing you want to embed

IG videos & posts

You need to use this code for IG videos:

<iframe src="your url/embed/" width="600" height="650"></iframe>

Copy the URL of the video from the adress bar.

your PDFs

It's the same as with the videos

Then go to the OrgPage where it will be embedded.

Then go to the OrgPage where it will be embedded.

FB videos

Click the three dot menu and find "embed"

online PDFs

It's the same as with your PDFs but insert the link of the original file.

In the cell clik on "insert media" and select "embed"

In the cell click on "insert media" and select "embed"

Paste the code, click OK and...

Now you need to fill it with this

Copy the code and replace the green parts with your URL and dimensions

What are the best dimensions?

Video: width="560" height="315"

PDFs & websites: width="800" height="900"

But you can choose the values that suit you best.

The maximum size of the cell is 1000px

But how do I do it when I need to paste two things at once?!

On Windows 10 there is an option of Clipboard history. It's an incredible lifehack, BUT❗ This needs to be handled with care - when copying content that no one is supposed to see (e.g. passwords).

Press Win + V and turn it on. Then you can copy couple of things in sequence, and then, when you need to combine what you have copied, just press Win + V and select what you need.

Click OK and..
