Cisco is using Clojure on our most advanced cloud security products: SecureX and Threat Grid. Learn more about what we're doing and who is part of our teams!
Cisco's SecureX and Threat Grid products are written in Clojure.
SecureX is a cloud native platform that aggregates all things security.
Clojure is used for SecureX's backend and middleware.
The data model, APIs, rules engine are all written in Clojure.
In terms of functionality, Cisco uses Clojure for threat investigation, incident response and the backend of all SecureX functionality including dashboards, user and organization management etc.
SecureX also has open source repositories that are Clojure based.
Threat Grid is malware response, based in Clojure.
Cisco is expanding in the cloud security domain. For more information about a role with Cisco, feel free to email me, Eileen Norton, Sr. Recruiter, at einorton@cisco.com (currently, positions available to those authorized to work in the US and EU).
SecureX is a cloud-native, built-in platform that connects our Cisco Secure portfolio and your infrastructure. It allows you to radically reduce dwell time and human-powered tasks.
Achieve simplicity, visibility, and efficiency by removing bottlenecks that slow down your teams’ access to answers and actions. SecureX includes XDR capabilities and beyond with every Cisco Secure product.
