4 Years Milestone Report

Identifies students nearing the four-year mark since their admission to the ADVANCE program, with the aim of providing timely warnings to help them complete their degree at NOVA. This includes all students admitted from 2021-2022 to the present. The report is created each spring and fall semester.

Milestones Report

Assesses students who were not recently admitted for GPA and program requirements, detects misalignments in degree/pathway and catalog year, and categorizes noncompliant students to facilitate outreach based on their cumulative credits and proximity to graduation. The report is created each spring and fall semester.

Co-Enrollment Report

This includes all final grades from NOVA students who took classes at George Mason during a semester and are transferring them to NOVA to satisfy degree requirements. This report is created in the fall, spring, and summer semesters.
