Similar to German Schnitzel, but tastes different and is combined with Japanese soy sauce.
Many different kinds, with different noodles, sauces, toppings (eggs, mushrooms, vegetables, etc.) Very tasty and convenient.
My favorite, with very thin noodles.
Japanese love their food. If you ask them what should you do in some city or part of Japan, you will usually hear about a special type of noodles they serve there. It is very important that the food looks beautiful as well.
Green ice cream with tea powder.

Himeji is the place of probably the most beautiful Japanese castle. It is very white and was recently renovated. I recommend a quick stop here, just for a few hours.
There are many beautiful temples in Kyoto.
A small town just next to Kyoto with two beautiful temples. Todaiji was, until 1998, the largest wooden structure in the world and houses the largest Buddha statue in the world.
A small island with temples next to Hiroshima. A trip for 1 day is recommended.
The original destination of the second atomic bomb since military storage was located in Fukuoka during World War II. Since it was cloudy, they had to drop the bomb on Nagasaki instead. Actually, it was cloudy above the Nagasaki as well. When they wanted to cancel the operation, suddenly the skies opened just a little, so the aircraft dropped the bomb there. Since then there is a Japanese saying “being as lucky as Nagasaki”.
They are lurking everywhere in the park. You can feed them if you want. Very friendly.
The location of the second atomic bomb. There is a very sad Atomic Bomb Museum.
Not very known but extremely beautiful area with hot springs and mountains. I really recommend visiting this place if you get to Kyushuu.
The south end of the Shinkasen line in Kyushuu. Across the water, the volcano Sakurajima is sometimes active.
Seven extremely hot springs with great surrounding locations. Each hell has a different theme, and it is possible to walk between all of them.
